Coming rom the long list of banned people by the feared Poozy I can symphtize with you. But on the other hand I don't think he's that bad at all, for example, the other day he banned me for 30 days for posting in a type of thread that I didn't know that if I posted in it I would get a 100% the ban stick, I thought it was pretty unfair of his part to do it bla bla but never really talked to anyone about it nor did I PM him, 2 days later he unbanned me.
So the best thing you can do is talk to him in a reasonable matter, or just wait.
