What do you think about artificial sweeteners? I drink coffee every day, and until recently I put a packet of Splenda into every cup. But I don't know anymore, I think it might be unhealthy. So I've started using Truvia, plain sugar, or no sweetener at all.
Is that beneficial? Your thoughts are appreciated.
